Health Law and Compliance “Blue Papers”
What is a “Blue Paper?” A blue paper is like a white paper. However, generally a “blue paper” refers to a more technical, detailed document.
Ruder Ware Health Care has adopted the term “Blue Paper” to refer to various detailed resources that have been created by members of the practice group on a variety of health law topics. Generally, but not always, our Health Care “Blue Papers” are developed in conjunction with a presentation that we have provided or a detailed article that we have contributed to a publication. Out Blue Papers are a resource that you can refer to and use for your own presentations, provided that you attribute Ruder Ware Health Care as the source of the material, retain our branding (logos, disclaimers, etc.), and do not modify the material in any way.
